﻿ATTENTION: We advise all users to properly configure the AUTOMATIC BACKUP functionality.

- Backups can be enabled/disabled in PARAMETERS -> AUTOMATIC BACKUPS (affects all companies)

- Backups will be performed after LOGIN, to the BACKUP folder defined in the LOGIN COMPANY -> BACKUPS tab.

- If the BACKUP folder is not defined, the BACKUPS folder created within the installation folder will be used (e.g. C:\ProjectoColibri\backups)

- Users should be aware that the most recent automatic backup will NOT contain any changes made during the last work session.

- BEFORE any application UPGRADE process, users should ALWAYS perform a manual backup in the LOGIN COMPANY -> BACKUP option, as well as a complete copy of the BACKUPS folder to a secure location.

- It is advisable to have the backup folder SYNCHRONIZED through a CLOUD file-sharing service (e.g., DropBox). This way, in case of catastrophic HARDWARE and/or SYSTEM failure, the backups themselves will be safeguarded!
